Notice of Claimed Copyright Infringement

To submit a notice of allegedly infringing material on Apkank, please provide a notification that includes the following information:

1. A physical signature of the developer who is authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed. If a third-party agency is submitting the notice, it must also provide a copy of a "Physical Authorization Letter" showing that the agency is authorized to handle all copyright matters on behalf of the owner.

2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed. If multiple copyrighted works on a single online site are covered by one notification, please provide a representative list of those works on that site.

3. Inclusion of the relevant URLs in the body of the email, which helps us locate the allegedly infringing content quickly.

4. Information reasonably sufficient to allow the service provider to contact the complaining party, including an address, telephone number, and, if available, an email address at which the complaining party can be reached.

5. A statement that the complaining party has a good faith belief that the use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.

6. A statement that the information in the notification is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that the complaining party is authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed. Please note that under Section 512(f), any person who knowingly and materially misrepresents that material or activity is infringing may be liable for damages.

Please send the infringement notice by email to [email protected].
