The MOD removes this tension by unlocking everything, which is great for exploration but softens the core experience significantly.
Tips for Surviving Your First Reign
Do not spread your skill points thin. Focus on two main attributes like "Martial" and "Charisma" to secure early alliances. Save often—the game doesn’t warn you when a choice is lethal. This trial-and-error design feels retro, but it rewards careful reading. A significant drawback is that the middle chapters slow down, requiring patience for political scheming that may not always pay off. For a 10MB app, though, the amount of branching content is impressive.
